Scope of Work

Dove AV has been tasked with replacing and updating the existing speakers in the sanctuary to a more modern design, flanking the stage while remaining flown.

Utilize existing 14 ga. speaker cable and maintain a mono PA configuration.
Install a new wireless antenna outside the tech room to ensure clear line-of-sight for 4 new wireless microphones.
Install a new 32-channel digital sound board, wired directly to the existing PC to guarantee clean, high-quality audio for the live stream.
Utilize the existing amplifier to power the newly installed flown speakers.

Terms & Installation Notes

Electrical & Low Voltage Cables

This agreement does not include any major fabrications to the existing building. Cables will be ran as inconspicuous as possible following similar paths already ran but may require visible low voltage conduits if/when needed, but will be discussed with client before installation. This agreement does include any/all holes needed for our low voltage cable runs however we are not high voltage electricians, if 120V AC is not easily accessible a licensed electrician will be needed and required.

Warranty & Returns

Dove AV guarantees all aspects of the equipment will be in good working order upon installation and setup. All manufacturer warranties are included and do apply. No additional warranties are implied or provided. All sales are final. If anything were to fail in the first 120 days Dove AV will retrieve, return and replace the equipment within manufacturers guidelines at no additional charge.

Pricing & Confidentiality

Prices listed within are guaranteed for up to 15 days. The contents of this estimate and all related emails are confidential. Sales tax is not included and will be added to the final invoice unless a valid sales tax exempt certificate is provided.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation by the customer, the customer shall reimburse Dove for all reasonable expenses incurred to that point. In the event any such cancellation by either party is submitted 60 days or less prior to the install, the canceling party shall pay to the other a cancellation fee of $1,500, plus expenses already incurred.
